Monthly Update: March

March gave us a rare and welcome chance to pause, recharge, and get stuck into the big ideas we’ve got cooking behind the scenes here at Golden Ticket HQ. While it’s been a quieter month on the performance front (some excellent DJ, Sax and Percussion gigs notwithstanding!), we’ve used our time to plan for what’s shaping up to be a bonkers wedding season and an absolutely wild Oktoberfest later this year.

We’ve also been laying the groundwork for some very exciting international projects in 2025 and beyond — we can’t say too much just yet, but let’s just say your favourite brass band might be hopping on a few planes soon... ✈️🌍

That said, we couldn’t go a whole month without making a bit of noise! It was brilliant to get our two-piece iteration of The Oomparty Band out for a handful of weddings and private events. Small in size but mighty in sound, team brass absolutely send it.

All in all, March has been about resetting and refocusing — and now we’re more than ready for sun and all of the events it brings!
